“I lead women out of stuckness into success and solutions.”
Have you ever felt stuck in your life or business?!? Sometimes we need a little guidance through our stuckness.
If that’s you, then you are in for a treat! This week, I had the chance to chat with Sue Crum! Sue is a high performance and transformational life coach.
For over 15 years, Sue has empowered women to take back control of their lives and get to the life they imagine and deserve!
She shared some really juicy tips with us as she told a few success stories from her work.
She gave us one of her top time management tips that has really helped her clients. Sue suggests analyzing how you spend your time in order to make some changes so you’re more productive and efficient.
By maintaining a time log (think of a food log when you are on a diet!) for a few days (1-3), it really brings awareness in recognizing the patterns in how a person spends their time.
Once you collect your personal time data, analyze it: What patterns do you see? How can you change things up if you tweak a few things here or there?
Along very similar lines, Sue also shared her top organizational tip: Plan tonight what you’re going to do tomorrow.
When you do this, while your brain rests at night, it’s already preparing for the next day since you’ve made the 2-3 things you want to accomplish tomorrow top of mind.
That’s another tip: Plan on accomplishing only 2-3 things on your to-do list. When you accomplish those 2-3 things then count the day as a win!
Sue pointed out if your personal to-do list is 15 items long and you start your day then other things pop up and you don’t get to any of those 15 items, you’re going to feel discouraged and frustrated! Stick to 2-3 small manageable tasks.
At the core of what Sue does, she really is helping women make decisions in their lives. So they can live their BEST lives!
If you are feeling in that stuck place, Sue offers a 45-minute Masterclass called 5 Steps to Clear Clutter to get you started on your journey. You can also connect with her on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
